Production Planning Professional

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Production Planner/Scheduler to develop and maintain production schedules that meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and maintaining production schedules, coordinating with various departments, and monitoring inventory levels.
  • They will also be responsible for forecasting future production needs based on market trends and sales data, as well as implementing and managing production planning software and tools.
  • Additionally, the Production Planner/Scheduler will analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless production operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast future production needs based on market trends and sales data.
  • Implement and manage production planning software and tools.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in production planning, preferably in the agriculture industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
