  • Full understanding of health and safety and quality requirements in assembly/production environments.
  • Work experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Lean Manufacturing Proficiency: Knowledge of lean principles and 5S methodology.
