
Therapeutic Community Leader

Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the daily functioning of our Therapeutic Community. The Team Lead will provide leadership and support to both staff and residents on their shift, modeling important work habits and setting the tone for each shift.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human/social services and possess excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. They will be responsible for orienting, training, and guiding resident workers, as well as overseeing the operation of the residence in the absence of the Manager or as directed.
Key responsibilities include ensuring that Wellness Checks and Security Checks are completed to standard, managing case files, and providing emotional support and feedback to residents. The Team Lead will also be responsible for administering medication, maintaining reports, and liaising with other agencies and professionals.
Additional duties include communicating effectively with staff, enforcing community rules, and ensuring confidentiality and release of information forms are adhered to. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time position working three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week) with a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits package. We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
