About The Role:

As Operations Excellence Leader, you'll drive performance across safety, quality, service and cost at our Tier 3 manufacturing site in Sydney. You'll be a visible leader, spending time on the shop floor while developing strategy and improving results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering against the balanced scorecard to improve productivity, efficiency and governance KPIs.
  • Leading the Manufacturing Management System (MMS) journey to build performance standards and capability.
  • Owning site strategy, long-range planning and the annual operating plan.
  • Championing safety, quality and environmental standards.
  • Cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.

What We Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree qualification in engineering, business, supply chain or science, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years' experience in FMCG manufacturing or production, with a proven track record.
  • Expertise in packaging, processing and plant technologies.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • A strong background in manufacturing excellence tools and leadership practices.
  • Experience building high-performance teams and partnering with employee groups.
  • Excellent coaching, engagement and communication skills.
  • Solid financial acumen and commercial awareness.
