We are seeking a skilled and motivated Duty Manager to join our team. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Job Description
  • The primary responsibility of the Duty Manager is to ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and satisfaction during their stay.
  • This includes managing and supporting the Front Office Team, ensuring that guest expectations are met, and handling guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • The Duty Manager will also be responsible for leading by example when attending to guest requests, taking initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests are positive and productive, and overseeing and coordinating all arrivals and departures, including special guests and VIPs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or related discipline, or adequate work experience to substitute for qualification.
  • At least 2-3 years of full-time experience in a Front Office role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and develop a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and listen intently to gather enough information to solve problems and resolve complaints.
