About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Hotel Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotels.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Groups Head of Country, including diary management, collating documents and reports, establishing and maintaining spreadsheets and registers, and providing timely information, updates, and presentations as required.
  • Organise meetings and forums, including organising catering and taking and distributing minutes.
  • Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, and hotels.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by senior members of the unit.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven track record in administration roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation.
  • Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Strong IT skills and computer skills - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Outlook proficiency essential.
  • Pro-active and able to work unsupervised.
