Role Overview

The Assistant Night Manager is a pivotal position within our hotel operations, responsible for overseeing all activities during night shifts. This leadership role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth hotel operations overnight, with a focus on guest safety and security
  • Train colleagues in quality standards and service delivery, equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles
  • Provide prompt and professional service to guests, ensuring a seamless Front & Back of House experience throughout their stay
  • Collaborate with Front Office staff to deliver high-quality service, with a focus on attention to detail and personal recognition
  • Respond promptly and calmly to emergency situations, applying crisis management techniques as needed
  • Maintain the secure handling of credit and financial transactions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent field
  • Minimum four years of guest service/hotel experience, including two years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity
  • Proficiency in local language
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid Certificate
