About the Position

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Night Manager. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and coordinating with other departments to maintain high service standards.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Supervise night staff members
  2. Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
  3. Manage check-ins and check-outs smoothly
  4. Ensure strict adherence to security protocols
  5. Prepare detailed nightly reports

The Assistant Night Manager will also assist the Night Manager in additional tasks as needed.

Requirements
  • Excellent guest service skills and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Previous management experience in hospitality
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and computer skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations effectively
  • Superb communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
