Job Description

We're looking for a Product Development Manager to join our team and help us evolve our product. This is a challenging role that requires someone who can turn ambiguity into clarity, spot opportunities others miss, and drive the delivery of thoughtful, impactful products with real energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning and shaping a part of our product from insight to execution to iteration
  • Talking to our customers every day to understand their pains, workflows, language, and needs
  • Working closely with design and engineering to ship solutions that can be adopted and embraced
  • Collaborating with clinical experts, researchers, and operational teams to build tools that slot seamlessly into real care delivery
  • Balancing speed with precision, knowing when to experiment and when to invest deeply
Required Skills and Qualifications

You'll need to have:

  • A customer-centric approach and the ability to ask the right questions
  • The comfort to work in both high-level strategic thinking and detailed implementation
  • The ability to communicate complex ideas through various mediums, from briefs and docs to prototypes and low-fi designs
  • Healthcare experience, but more importantly, curiosity and a willingness to learn
  • Experience using and building products with AI/LLMs will be considered very favourably
