Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the delivery of Product Change and Artwork projects in a 12-month, part-time contract (3 days per week). As a key member of our PMO & Commercialisation team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams through the Stage & Gate process.

  • Lead end-to-end commercialisation of product change projects.
  • Ensure timely, on-budget, and in-scope delivery while managing risks and minimizing write-offs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in NPD project management, with experience in dairy and FMCG being well regarded. They will also possess strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, as well as well-developed communication skills.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity that requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, following up on tasks, and maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting.

You will also conduct post-launch reviews to capture learnings and improve future performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills with a minimum of 3 years' experience in NPD project management.
  • Experience in dairy and FMCG industries is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
