Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead our contract delivery for a major energy client in the region. The successful candidate will oversee key performance indicators, reporting, and profitability while engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance and service excellence.

This pivotal role is accountable for achieving strong financial outcomes, driving business growth, and maintaining proactive partnerships. As a Contract Management Specialist, you will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities
  • Full accountability for financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior representatives.
  • Oversee operations, resourcing, and subcontractor management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams, with succession planning in place.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial, operational, and safety performance.
  • Maintain contractual compliance and deliver timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in contract or project management within a mid-large organisation.
  • Strong analytical acumen, with experience in P&L accountability and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior clients and stakeholders on contractual matters.
  • Proven people management and leadership capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in negotiation and decision making.
  • Industry experience advantageous.
