We are seeking a seasoned National Pricing Leader to join our organisation. As a key member of the Commercial Leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of pricing strategies that drive sustainable earnings growth.
You will provide expert guidance on pricing strategies and deal structuring to ensure alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will lead the adoption of Salesforce CPQ and the pricing engine as the standard for pricing and tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on pricing strategies and deal structuring.
- Lead the adoption of Salesforce CPQ and the pricing engine.
- Establish, coach, and develop best-in-class processes and workflows across business units.
- Oversee price adjustments, approvals, and governance.
As a National Pricing Leader, you will bring a unique mix of strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, program delivery, and technical pricing expertise. Your skills and qualifications should include:
- Proven track record in senior commercial leadership roles with expertise in contracting, pricing, and deal management.
- Strong commercial and contract management skills in a B2B environment.
- Deep understanding of commercial risk and governance frameworks.
- Experience leading large-scale commercial or pricing transformation programs.
