About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Clinician Level 3 to join our Mental Health Acute Care Team as a Triage and Flow Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the provision of services to the Central Coast community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based mental health care with advanced clinical skills in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively both independently and as part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client flow and enhance access to the most appropriate team within the Central Coast Mental Health Service.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to meet the essential criteria of the role, including practicing in accordance with the relevant discipline-specific national standards of practice.
  • Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and information technology skills to provide complex specialty services.
  • Ability to work across Gosford and Wyong sites, providing support to the Acute Care Mental Health Teams.
