About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Central Coast Local Health District. As a key member of our CAMHS service, you will be responsible for providing assertive outreach and intensive case management to young people aged 12-25 experiencing severe and complex mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based individual therapy, trauma-informed with a recovery focus, to young people and their families.
  • Liaise with relevant agencies and actively participate in case conferences and team meetings concerning the care of young people and support families.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate experience working within a Child and Adolescent Mental Health service or Mental Health Service.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of working within a crisis intervention model of care.
  • Current unrestricted driver's license.
