Senior Employee Relations Advisor

The Senior Employee Relations Advisor is a key position within the People and Capability Advisory Team, responsible for providing expert advice on employee relations matters, including case management, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with various stakeholders to manage complex workplace investigations and employee relations cases.
- Work closely with Ventia's P&C Business Partners and P&C management on various cases and projects.
- Manage employee relation and industrial relations compliance activities within a large organization.
- Participate in the Performance and Development Review process.
- Contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying, and harassment.
- Qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- Experience in a similar HR/People & Capability role, in a medium to large organization.
- Experience in managing employee and industrial relations issues.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and ability to interpret industrial instruments.
- Strong compliance skills and experience in collaborative and consultative processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, well-developed communications – both verbal and written.
