About the Role

We are seeking an experienced payroll systems specialist to join our team in Adelaide. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that requires expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management system and payroll practices.

As a key member of our payroll services team, you will provide functional system and process support for payroll systems and projects. This includes calculating and processing complex payroll transactions, reconciliations, and adjustments.

You will also be responsible for providing specialist advice and solutions to resolve complex payroll and project-related matters. Additionally, you will monitor, review, and evaluate systems and payroll practices to ensure compliance with employer obligations.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience in payroll, with a well-developed understanding of technical payroll practices, transactions, processes, and procedures. Experience in project coordination of payroll continuous improvement projects is also essential.

You should possess advanced communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical skills with the ability to logically evaluate information. A strong knowledge of payroll software and systems is also required.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $96K - $105K, plus 15.4% superannuation and other benefits such as paid parental leave and salary packaging.
