About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Training team as a Training and Competency Coordinator. This role will support the delivery of various internal training programs, ensuring our people are trained, qualified and competent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Training team.
  • Support the delivery of internal training programs, including booking, coordination, records management, and facilitating currency of project training systems.
  • Utilise training systems to ensure individuals participate in work they are competent and qualified for.
  • Assist with creation, preparation, and control of training-related correspondence, documents, materials, and reports.
  • Act as a point of contact for onboarding enquiries from staff, workers, and subcontractors.
About You

We are looking for someone with strong administration experience, ideally in training. Excellent MS Office proficiency is essential, along with personal organisation skills and attention to detail. A flexible demeanour and ability to work under pressure are also required. Strong team focus and previous experience with training management systems are desirable.
