Join Woolworths Group as a Process Improvement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Lead to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business improvement opportunities across our BigW space portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, quantify, prioritize, and drive the implementation of business improvement opportunities across the BigW space portfolio
  • Develop and implement a robust training schedule and facilitate training to the wider team
  • Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to deliver business objectives
  • Embed business improvement capabilities, systems, and processes
Requirements:
  • Experience in a leadership-related role within Range or Space
  • Experience in retail/FMCG preferred
  • Strong process improvement experience
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and written communication skills
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to draw insights from data
