Business Process Analyst - Private Equity Backed Healthcare Group

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing private equity-backed healthcare business, is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to drive critical changes in business processes, optimizing operational efficiency and improving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather detailed insights into current state processes.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops to deeply understand key pain points, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Map out and document both current ('As-Is') and future ('To-Be') business processes.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend opportunities for optimization and transformation.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.
  • Present findings and process documentation to senior stakeholders, providing clear, actionable insights.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in business process mapping, preferably in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in healthcare or private equity-backed businesses is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and deliver high-quality results in a short time frame.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
