The Senior Platform Delivery Manager will lead a strategic platform's portfolio, overseeing delivery and operations of one of the Fund's critical platforms. This leadership role will serve as an influential position across Technology and Member domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture relationships with stakeholders and drive engagement to deliver complex projects and BAU enhancements in a continuous release cadence.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to co-design the Agent Tools roadmap and strategy.
  • Champion business demands to achieve the highest value through strategic solutions.
  • Manage platform build and maintenance activities, ensuring operational stability and efficiency.
  • Define metrics to measure and improve delivery and operational efficiencies.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience as a senior delivery manager in a complex organisation.
  • Strong experience working with agile frameworks and delivering enterprise-wide technology or digital projects.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Developed stakeholder relationship skills and advanced written and oral communication skills.
