Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Trainer and Assessor to join our team. Due to increased growth in the training sector, trainer and assessor opportunities have arisen on a casual basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced vocational educator who can lead assessments and training sessions with expertise. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, knowledge of Australian qualifications, and a willingness to undertake professional development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective training programs;
  • Conducting assessments and providing ongoing support and guidance to trainees;
  • Ensuring adherence to safe work practices and risk management protocols;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting requirements;

The successful applicant will be Worksafe accredited and hold 1 or more classes in scaffolding, forklift operation, EWP operation, Dogman operation, rigging, and slewing crane operation. They must also possess a Certificate IV TAE40116 or equivalent qualification.

About You
