Deliver Vocational Education

We are seeking a skilled and experienced educator to deliver course material, assess student learning, and provide supervision in selected courses. The ideal candidate will have relevant industry qualifications and vocational teaching experience or be currently obtaining a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Course Delivery: Teach students using effective instructional methods, assess their progress, and adjust instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Student Supervision: Provide guidance and support to students enrolled in selected courses, ensuring they stay on track with their studies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in the ongoing review and development of course content to ensure it remains current and relevant.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills relevant to teaching environments, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Vocational Competence: Have skills and experience in competency-based assessment and ensuring current and contemporary vocational competence meets education level being delivered and assessed.
  • Qualifications: Hold relevant qualifications, including Certificate 4 Training & Assessment (enrolled or completed) as a minimum and relevant trades qualifications and licenses.
