As a Marketing and Student Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting vocational education programs and courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain students for vocational education programs.
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content, to promote vocational education programs and courses.
  • Coordinate and participate in events, such as open houses and job fairs, to promote vocational education programs and courses.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in vocational education and adjust marketing strategies as necessary.
  • Work with instructors and administration to gather feedback from current and former students to improve the marketing strategy.
  • Provide support services to students, such as academic advising, tutoring, and career services, to enhance their learning experience.
  • Collaborate with instructors and administration to develop and implement student retention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing and student support activities and report on outcomes to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education or related field (desired but not mandatory).
  • Experience in marketing and student support services in vocational education preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
