Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute customer marketing plans that maximize commercial benefit and drive business growth.
  2. Lead the development of the customer marketing team's functional capability, building their understanding of the consumer path to purchase and developing omnichannel customer marketing strategies.
  3. Drive the implementation of Route to Consumer fundamentals, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time.
  4. Develop and manage the customer marketing budget, making strategic investment choices to maximize return on investment.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, senior marketing leads, and shopper/consumer marketing agencies.
  6. Align with customer and marketing teams on investment choices and customer prioritization, ensuring customer marketing execution plans deliver against brand ambition and drive commercial return.
  7. Lead, motivate, and develop the customer marketing team to maximize employee engagement and drive business results.
