We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the management team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service in the restaurant and banquets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise operations: Ensure seamless delivery of breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and friendliness.
  • Create an engaging environment: Foster a positive atmosphere where team members and guests connect over great food and beverages.
  • Communicate effectively: Delegate tasks, manage guest queries, and assist the Food & Beverage Manager with performance analysis, rostering, and budgeting.
  • Develop and motivate team: Assist in training and development of team members, promoting a culture of excellence and growth.

Requirements:
  • Leadership experience: Proven track record in supervisory roles, preferably in a similar hospitality setting.
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and time management: Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Certifications: Hold a valid RSA certification, if required by local regulations.
