Job Title: Enterprise System Specialist

About the Role:

This position involves working with MRI software and integrated systems to support and enhance enterprise applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data flows, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering reliable system solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with MRI software, and proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing and documenting system processes related to MRI and its connected platforms
  • Supporting and maintaining MRI and integrated applications to ensure performance and stability
  • Developing and troubleshooting SQL queries and reports
  • Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Utilizing JIRA for task management, issue tracking, and project workflow
  • Working with vendors and internal teams to resolve system issues and implement improvements
  • Maintaining documentation for system configurations and processes
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of MRI software and its integration points
  • Proficient in SQL for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with enterprise applications and system support
  • Familiarity with JIRA for issue tracking and project management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
