Job Description

As a key member of the management team, you will lead the development and implementation of health and wellbeing programs to enhance member outcomes and reduce risk in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the injury management system to optimise health outcomes for members following workplace injury.
  • Ensure fair and effective management of workers compensation insurance claims.
  • Develop and implement case management systems to effectively administer health management services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in health and safety management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to develop and implement effective health and wellbeing programs.
Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers a salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits including professional development opportunities and a comprehensive leave package.
