Health and Wellbeing Program Manager

Job DescriptionAs a key member of the management team, you will lead the development and implementation of health and wellbeing programs to enhance member outcomes and reduce risk in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the injury management system to optimise health outcomes for members following workplace injury.
- Ensure fair and effective management of workers compensation insurance claims.
- Develop and implement case management systems to effectively administer health management services.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong background in health and safety management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to develop and implement effective health and wellbeing programs.
This full-time position offers a salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits including professional development opportunities and a comprehensive leave package.
