Job Opportunity for Pump Maintenance Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Australia. As a pump maintenance expert, you will be responsible for employing fault-finding methodologies for pumps repair, stripping and surveying pumping equipment, carrying out pressure testing of pumps, rebuilding pumping equipment, and supporting personnel development through organized training regimes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and repair pump systems using fault-finding methodologies
  • Inspect and survey pumping equipment to identify parts, configuration, and condition
  • Perform pressure testing on pumps to ensure correct functioning
  • Rebuild pumping equipment according to applicable pump standards
  • Support and encourage personnel development through training and mentorship
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in engineered pumps, steam, gas, and turbine systems
  • Work experience or expressed interest in rotating equipment
  • Dedication to working in a safe manner at all times
  • Trade Certificate III Mechanical Fitter or equivalent qualification
