About the Role

As a Pump Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of pumps across various brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Routine and Emergency Services: Complete routine assessments and servicing of pumps to prevent equipment failure, as well as emergency services to rectify issues promptly.
  • Pump Overhaul and Inspection: Clean, strip, and overhaul customer pump sets, inspecting each component for wear or damage, and providing detailed assessment reports to stakeholders.
  • Tech Support and Documentation: Read, interpret, and retain technical drawings and instructions, maintaining accurate documentation and records consistent with industry standards and company policies.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test products prior to dispatch, ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Provide timely and accurate advice and support to staff and customers, fostering strong relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in developing your skills, with previous experience in a similar role beneficial.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Possession of an open driver's license, with solid time management and excellent communication skills.
