Pump Maintenance Lead Role
As a Pump Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in pump services. You will oversee and mentor team members, supporting recruitment, training, and performance management.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct thorough fault analysis, inspect pumps, and assess conditions according to quality procedures.
- Perform pressure testing and rebuilds to ensure functionality and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and mentor team members, supporting talent development, recruitment, and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with Service Center Management to achieve operational objectives and optimize job scheduling.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships and uphold quality and safety standards.
- Participate in business growth through meetings and workflow optimization.
- Trade Certificate III Mechanical Fitter or equivalent qualification.
- More than 5 years of experience working with pumps.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- High-level problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to engage others and manage a team effectively.
