Job Description

As a National HSEC Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and compliant operations across our sites. This is more than just HSE delivery; it is a leadership pipeline role designed to develop into a future General Manager position.

You will provide hands-on support, coaching, and leadership to operational teams while influencing regional strategy.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational knowledge and be ready to broaden their leadership impact and step into a more senior, business-wide remit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Implementation
    • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE policies, standards, and procedures across multiple sites.
  • Incident Investigations
    • Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
  • Strategic Outcomes
    • Partner with regional leadership to deliver strategic HSE outcomes aligned with business priorities.
  • Culture Development
    • Coach frontline leaders to embed a proactive safety culture and drive accountability.
  • HSE Training
    • Deliver and oversee HSE training, audits, and compliance assessments.
  • Regulatory Alignment
    • Ensure alignment with Federal and State Regulations and industry standards.
  • Health Management
    • Manage health, injury management, and return-to-work programs.
  • Stakeholder Representation
    • Represent the business with regulatory bodies, industry forums, and community stakeholders.
