Your new role: Manager, Corporate Services
We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, Corporate Services to join our Corporate Services team in NSW. As the Manager of Corporate Services, you will be a key member of our management team, reporting directly to the head of our Business Advisory Services division and working closely with the broader Business Advisory Services Director and Manager group.
You will be supported by an existing team and will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful work on your personalised career trajectory. You will be responsible for managing the Corporate Services team that provides corporate services to our clients, including company incorporations, deregistrations, and compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Corporate Services team providing corporate services to our clients.
- Liaise with the broader Business Advisory division to help service client needs.
- Develop and execute a strategy for the overall management and streamlining of corporate services.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through better use of technology.
- Identify product offerings to our clients and educate and train professional staff and partners.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have a breadth of experience in corporate governance together with senior company secretary experience, Governance Institute of Australia qualification as a Company Secretary, or tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Law or equivalent experience.
We're looking for someone with a detailed understanding of the Corporations Act, corporate governance principles, and their practical application. Experience within a Professional Services firm is highly regarded, as is a proactive, questioning disposition and ability to initiate new ideas to add value to the team and firm.
