  • Partnering with people stakeholders to understand strategic goals, then translating these into analytics projects and insights.
  • Designing, developing, and delivering reports and dashboards that highlight workforce trends, employee lifecycle metrics, DEI outcomes, attrition risks, engagement, and more.
  • Using storytelling and visualization techniques to present insights in a compelling and accessible way.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation, predictive modeling, and data pipelines to scale people analytics capabilities.
  • Designing and implementing data pipelines to ensure timely, accurate, and usable people data for reporting and modeling.
  • Applying best practices for querying, cleaning, and combining data from multiple sources.
  • Using SQL, Python, and BI tools to build scalable analytics products.
  • Supporting A/B testing and statistical modeling for people interventions.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to people business partners, providing insights that influence policies, program design, and strategic workforce decisions.
  • Leading workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business questions and define success metrics.
  • Working with People Operations and IT to improve data quality and enhance data governance practices.
  • Helping shape a data-informed culture within the people function by contributing to training, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
