Job Title: Beauty Tech Labs Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Tech Labs Lead to join our team at WPP. As a key member of our beauty marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative influencer marketing campaigns for L'Oréal Groupe brands.

About the Role:

  • Lead Influencer Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute social-first, data-driven influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for L'Oréal Groupe brands.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, social, and influencer marketing, to deliver top-tier campaigns and results.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a thought leader in the beauty and influencer marketing space, driving education and inspiration both internally and externally.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with L'Oréal Groupe (CDMO and Brand Divisions), key influencers and creators, and talent agents to create authentic brand stories that resonate with today's beauty consumers.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics and social listening tools to continuously optimize campaigns, track trends, and prove ROI on influencer strategies.

  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of success in influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in beauty marketing.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
