Job Title: Beauty Tech Labs Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Tech Labs Lead to join our team at WPP. As a key member of our Beauty Tech Labs, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative influencer marketing strategies for L'Oréal Groupe brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social-first, data-driven influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Lead a high-performing team of 20+ professionals across creative, content, social, and influencer marketing disciplines.
  • Collaborate with L'Oréal Groupe (CDMO and Brand Divisions), key influencers and creators, and talent agents to create authentic brand stories that resonate with today's beauty consumers.
  • Establish frameworks that define influencer marketing excellence, from campaign execution to ROI analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media innovation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
