Job Title: Chief Administrative Support Specialist

This is an office-based role where you will provide administrative support to the CEO and other members of the executive team. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, including diary management, booking travel and supporting meetings.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting the CEO with strong organisational and administrative skills;
  • Providing administrative support to the Board Chair as required;
  • Managing and coordinating daily functions of the head office in Redfern, including overseeing general maintenance of the office;

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in administration or a relevant field, and will possess intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, including PowerPoint. They will also have strong secretarial/administrative skills and knowledge, with excellent attention to detail, and be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
