
Chief Administrative Support Specialist

This position offers a unique opportunity to serve as the chief administrative support for senior executives, particularly the CEO. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience as an Executive Assistant to senior executives is highly desirable.
This is a 12-month parental leave cover, with a view to start mid August 2025.
Responsibilities- Manage the CEO's dynamic calendar, prioritise appointments, act as a key liaison with stakeholders, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Provide calendar and expense support to senior executives, coordinate logistics for executive offsites, and assist with travel arrangements and onboarding for new team members.
- Prepare materials and track follow-ups for meetings, support internal events such as All Hands and staff sales, manage logistics for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and assist with cross-functional project coordination.
- Organise monthly board meetings, compile and distribute board documents, and serve as the main contact for board-related communications and requests.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Executives, preferably including direct support to a CEO.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to operate with a high degree of discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive.
- Highly organised with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Calm under pressure, flexible, and solutions oriented.
