We are seeking a skilled professional to work with individuals with psychosocial disabilities, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide services as both a Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach
- Support individuals with psychosocial disabilities to live full and meaningful lives
- Assist customers in taking control of their lives and managing daily challenges
- Manage and plan your work, meet or exceed performance targets, monitor progress, and take corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues on project implementation and key tasks
- Tertiary qualifications in peer work or mental health (minimum of Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or Certificate IV in Mental Health)
- At least two years of experience in mental health-related work
- A current Police Check (not older than 3 months), NSW Working with Children Check, NDIS worker screening check
