Forensic Medicine Specialist Support Worker

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment, providing vital support to individuals and families navigating difficult times. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality services with compassion and integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional information and support services associated with the role outlined in the Model of Care document.
- Collaborate with external agencies and key stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Facilitate viewings and provide support to relatives and friends in the immediate hours following death.
- Bachelor degree in social work or other qualification deemed equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience with extensive specialist knowledge in crisis intervention and clinical assessment/case management.
- Extensive knowledge and recent experience in providing embedded/situational counselling and support in grief, loss, and trauma.
- Corporate wellbeing programs.
- Learning and development opportunities, including in-house training.
