Business Insights Analyst

We are seeking a detail-driven and experienced Business Insights Analyst to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This role will be based in Sydney, with the ability to work flexibly from home.
About the Role:- Partner with the Sales team to deliver business outcomes in the On-Premise segment.
- Develop and implement analytical tools to support commercial decision-making.
- Provide insightful reporting and data analysis on the On-Premise segment at a state level.
- Lead the development of annual plans and rolling budgets.
- Continuously improve processes, systems, and capability.
- Delivering business results through risk identification and opportunity planning.
- Generating and sharing insights to align stakeholders effectively.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives in systems and processes.
- Building strong relationships across business units and functions.
- Handling high levels of ambiguity and complexity.
