As a proactive and self-motivated individual, we seek a Product Support Specialist to join our expanding team. This role involves coordinating the support and development of rock drilling equipment, including drill rigs such as SmartROC, PowerROC, and FlexiROC series.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing commissioning of new equipment and ensuring effective after-sales technical support.
  • Facilitating training programs to enhance skills of customers and internal personnel.
  • Preparing and managing comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
  • Serving as a key point of contact between Epiroc and customers, addressing technical issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Traveling frequently within Australia, including customer sites and occasional short-notice trips.

Requirements include:

  • A strong commitment to maintaining safety standards and a collaborative approach.
  • An Australian-recognised trade certificate is required.
  • Experience in Technical Support or Drill Fitter roles, with expert-level knowledge of drilling equipment and troubleshooting skills.
  • Previous experience delivering technical and product training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prepare detailed and accurate documentation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to varying schedules.
