As a Product Support Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of rock drilling equipment. This involves coordinating support and development of Epiroc's range of drill rigs.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel frequently within Australia.

The successful candidate will possess a trade certificate and have experience in Technical Support or Drill Fitting roles with expert-level knowledge of Epiroc products and troubleshooting skills.

In addition to these core requirements, we are seeking an individual with exceptional documentation and training skills, as well as a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and customers.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Commission new equipment and ensure effective after-sales technical support.
  • Facilitate training programs for customers and internal personnel.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
  • Act as key point of contact between the company and customers, addressing technical issues.
  • Frequent travel within Australia, including customer sites and occasional short-notice trips.
  • Requirements:
  • Maintain safety standards and collaborative approach.
  • Australian-recognised trade certificate is required.
  • Experience in Technical Support or Drill Fitter role with expert-level knowledge of Epiroc products and troubleshooting skills.
  • Previous experience delivering technical and product training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prepare detailed and accurate documentation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to varying schedules.
