Drive growth with us by joining our team of experts as a Drilling Support Coordinator. This role involves collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional support and development of rock drilling equipment, including SmartROC, PowerROC, and FlexiROC series drill rigs.

The key objectives of this position include:

  • Ensuring the effective commissioning of new equipment and providing high-quality after-sales technical assistance.
  • Facilitating comprehensive training programs for customers and internal personnel.
  • Crafting detailed technical documentation and reports that meet industry standards.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact between Epiroc and customers, addressing technical queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commitment to maintaining safety standards and a collaborative approach.
  • An Australian-recognised trade certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive experience in Technical Support or Drill Fitting roles with expert-level knowledge of Epiroc products and troubleshooting skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering technical and product training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • The ability to prepare detailed and accurate documentation.
  • Willingsness to travel frequently and adapt to varying schedules.
