Responsibilities
  • Providing first class customer service to international travellers by the buying and selling of foreign currency.
  • Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals
  • Building customer rapport and repeat business
  • Daily branch duties
Qualifications / Additional Information
  • Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate with customers to understand their foreign currency needs
  • Sales flair; ability to promote services while working towards targets; self-motivated with an energetic attitude and able to adhere to procedures
  • In return for your commitment, we offer in-depth training and development, competitive pay and an incentive scheme for meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Hours: 38 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
  • You must be eligible to work in Australia
