This role involves leading and implementing sustainable business change strategies to effectively realise the benefits of large scale ICT initiatives.

You will provide strategic advice in relation to assessment, analysis, documentation, and implementation of approved change management methodologies. This includes evaluating and managing risks and issues.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven success and high-level experience in transformational change management and leadership relating to business change projects.
  • Experience in developing, documenting, implementing, and evaluating change management strategies, tools, and artefacts.
  • Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross team collaboration to support effective business change and transition.
  • High level communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide advice, consultation, and collaboration on complex clinical, business, and strategic issues.
  • Demonstrated capability in change planning, analysis, resistance management, conceptualisation, and problem solving.
