A passionate educator is sought to lead a team of early childhood professionals, delivering exceptional care and modern learning programs for young children.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of educators, fostering a supportive environment that promotes excellent care for every child.
- Build strong relationships with families, ensuring open communication and trust.
- Support educators in delivering play-based learning programs, aligning with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Champion our centre's values: brave, positive, thoughtful, and professional.
- Maintain children's learning profiles and drive ongoing improvement through data analysis and program evaluation.
Our team is dedicated to providing a world-class education and care experience. We have six beautifully designed indoor learning spaces that inspire curiosity and creativity, while our expansive outdoor areas offer endless opportunities for exploration and discovery.
You'll Need:- Tertiary Qualifications in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
- Previous experience as an ECT.
- Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
- Current SA Teacher Registration.
- Working with Children Check (South Australia).
