two Philanthropy Manager roles now available in Sydney
. Reporting to the Senior Philanthropy Manager, each
Philanthropy Manager
will cultivate and grow meaningful relationships with Major Donors/HNWI and Philanthropic Advisors & Wealth Managers. In addition to managing their portfolio of active supporters, they will be responsible for driving income growth through prospective pipeline development; thoughtful stewardship and strategic engagement using a combination of innovative and best practice donor management techniques.
About YOU
- 3+ years of fundraising experience in the NFP sector,
- Track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets by attracting new donors,
- Experience in pitching and presenting to HNWIs, PAFs and wealth managers with a Moves Management or CRM database,
- Strong relationship building with an understanding of best practice in engagement management models,
- Outstanding communication and persuasive skills, able to be a compelling storyteller and do 'the ask',
- You have a creative and innovative approach to fundraising practice,
- High level of experience in successful prospecting,
- Excellent written communication skills, along with well-developed influential and problem-solving skills,
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline or demonstrable transferable skills in a similar role.
