We are seeking an efficient and organized Receptionist to join our vibrant, highly creative business. The successful applicant will possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support internal and external clients.

This key customer-facing position involves:

  • Demonstrating a high degree of professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude and attentive customer service approach
  • Managing various conflicting priorities and deadlines with ease
  • Providing administrative support including data entry, system maintenance, printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, binding, shredding, and keeping the reception area neat and tidy
  • Using own knowledge of MS Office products to assist with invoicing and setting up or tracking online projects
  • Maintaining IT registers and assisting IT Managers when required
  • Supporting engagement activities including internal and external functions, events, booking rooms, managing catering, and office orders as required

About you:

  • A Certificate II or III in Business Administration or other relevant qualification in business or administration is highly regarded
  • At least 1+ year of customer service experience is essential
  • Proficient English knowledge with excellent oral and written communication skills, having the ability to adapt to various audiences
  • The ability to work collaboratively, as well as independently
  • Problem solving and deadline management skills are a must
  • High attention to detail with precise data entry skills
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to take direction and work under pressure
  • An Active Driver's Licence - occasional car shuffling is required
