The Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service for both clients and team members. As the Office Manager, you will handle administrative responsibilities, coordinate office activities, and support team productivity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can multitask and enjoys managing office logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Operations: Oversee daily office functions, including managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining a professional office environment.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to the team, handling data entry, filing, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Client Reception & Service: Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming calls, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the office.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and team schedules to support efficient workflow.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and managing office expenses.
  • Team Support: Act as a point of contact for staff, assisting with HR administration, onboarding, and ensuring office policies and procedures are followed.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive and professional office environment.
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping or financial tasks is a plus.
