Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Mawson Lakes Elder Drive. As a key member of our kindergarten team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational programs that cater to the needs of children from 6 weeks to 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Collaborate with other educators to plan and deliver programs that meet the needs of all children
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation and paid annual leave. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- A current SA Working with Children Check
- Active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia (TRB SA)
